From the HORSE'S MOUTH (Letter from the Sellers)
To the Next Owner of This Home,
As you walk through 366 Oak Street, I hope you can feel even a fraction of what this home has meant to us. For nearly 17 years, these walls have held our family’s laughter, our milestones, and the quiet everyday moments that ended up meaning the most.
When we first arrived here, our eldest son Arsh was just 4 years old, full of curiosity and big dreams. My other son Ibaad was 2, toddling around with that fearless energy only a toddler has. And our youngest, Isaam, took his very first breath in this home in 2011.
This house didn’t just witness our children grow, it helped raise them. The living room has heard bedtime stories, sibling arguments, and the kind of laughter that makes your eyes water.
The kitchen has seen early-morning breakfasts before school, late-night snacks after long days, and countless moments where we stood together, talking about life.
The bedrooms have held sleepy heads, whispered secrets, and dreams that changed as the kids grew older.
Even the quiet moments mattered, the sunlight that pours through the windows in the morning, the feeling of safety that wrapped around us every time we walked through the front door. This home has been our anchor, our comfort, our constant.
Letting go is not easy. But what gives us peace is the hope that someone new will walk in and feel what we felt, that sense of belonging, of possibility, of warmth that only a truly lived-in home can offer.
If you choose this home, we hope it becomes the backdrop for your own beautiful memories. It has given us more than we ever expected, and we sincerely hope it gives the same to you.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Amir & Family
